Friday FITspiration
I’m excited to announce a new series I’ll be starting next week called Friday FITspiration. On several Fridays each month, I’ll be sharing the inspiring stories of fit people who motivate me to be a better runner and person (and I’m pretty sure they’ll motivate you, too). These are people who have lost 100+ pounds one step at a time. People who juggle work, 3 kids, running a household, training … and somehow figure out how to make it all happen. People who are running for causes bigger than themselves. People who have overcome challenges and still keep pushing.
Friday FITspiration is what this blog is all about – the journey of transforming from ordinary to extraordinary each and every day – both in huge ways and through simple, small victories. Friday FITspiration is about people who believe in redefining what’s possible. And helping all of us do the same.

I’ll send you a list of questions to answer – everything from what inspires you to run and how you overcome your greatest running challenge, to what’s on your iPod right now and what’s your favorite running fuel.
