You never know where you will find inspiration.

Sometimes it is in the way shells react to waves.

Sometimes it is in a desert landscape.

Sometimes it is more literal in an incredible story.

The truth is, inspiration is all around us, and it often appears when we’re least expecting it.

This week, I found inspiration in a wall. Yes, a wall.

I was at a spin class on Tuesday and it was all I could do to look straight ahead and focus on my ride rather than cocking my head to the left to look at this wall of words and phrases.

Be brave. Be authentic.

Work hard. Do good. Be incredible.

It isn’t too late. Time is not running out. Your life is here and now.

Self-pity is a dead-end road. Move forward.

Be a warrior.

I found myself reading the words and silently saying, YES! That. Exactly!

Some days are harder than others, but there is good and inspiration in every day. Sometimes we just have to look up from the grind to realize it is all around us.
